Whitney Houston Leaves Everything To Bobbi Kristina
Bobbi Kristina, daughter of Whitney Houston will receive a 100 percent windfall from the Houston estate. According to reports Houston’s daughter will receive more than $20 million in assets and cash.
While the will doesn’t specify holdings that Bobbi Kristina will receive it does specifically state that she will receive ALL furnishing, personal effects, clothing, jewelry and cars previously owned by her mother.
While Bobbi Kristina will receive all of her mothers property the will specifies that the estate be placed in a trust with money being paid out in stages. Bobbi will reportedly earn a chunk of the estates worth when she turns 21, part of the estate when she turns 25 and the rest when she reaches 30-years-old.
The will was filed on Wednesday in Atlanta and was signed by Whitney Houston in 1993, just one month before she gave birth to Bobbi Kristina.
Others named in the will are Houston’s mother, Cissy, who stands as the executor, as well as her brother, Gary, and sister-in-law, Patricia, who are the trustees.
As for the hundreds of millions of dollars that Whitney Houston’s song materials might earn in the future, most of her songs were written by other people which left very few catalog royalties and rights to the Houston estate.
